Whose terms
Bookings made on this site are made in the booking system of Smile Taxi Service, which runs this site with Phuket Transfer Andaman Limited Partnership, its southern partner. They follow Smile Taxi Service's terms of service.
Prices and payment
Prices are per car, one way, with tolls and fuel included. Nothing is paid when you book: you pay the driver in cash in Thai baht at the end of the trip. A card payment by PayPal link is possible on request, with a 5% fee.

A change means a new date, pickup time or route. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number, or the number of passengers and bags can be updated free of charge. A flight delay is not a change: the airport waiting rules apply.
