How to book your Phuket transfer
- Choose your route, car and timePick where from and where to, the car and the pickup time. The price you see is per car, with fuel and tolls included.
- We confirm on WhatsApp and by emailSmile Taxi Service's team confirms your booking and sends the pickup details. Before the trip you get the car and its plate number.
- Ride, then pay the driverPay in cash, in Thai baht, at the end of the ride. No deposit. Paying by card? Ask on WhatsApp for a PayPal link (+5%).
Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup; after that 25%, 35% or 50% of the price, and 100% for a no-show.

of the booking price. This also applies when you pay the driver in cash: the fee is charged by PayPal payment request.
To cancel or change, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
Payment
Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit. Pay the driver in cash, in Thai baht, at the end of the ride. If you can only pay by card — for example because you have not changed money yet — message us on WhatsApp and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
