How the pickup works

  • After passport control (international flights), baggage claim and customs, go to the meeting point: outside Gate 2–3 for international flights, Gate A inside the terminal for domestic flights.
  • Our staff wait there holding a sign with your name.
  • Can't see our staff? Stay at the meeting point and message us on WhatsApp; customer service is there 24/7 and gets in touch with the driver for you.

If your flight is late

A person checks your flight before the driver sets off, so a delay moves your pickup — you don't need to call. The first 60 minutes of waiting are counted from when your flight actually lands. A flight delay is not a change to your booking, so there is no fee.

Going to the airport

The same fixed fares apply from your hotel to the airport. Tell us your flight time when you book; customer service can suggest a pickup time. The driver drops you at the departures entrance of your terminal.

Hotel not on the list?

Choose the beach area your hotel is in. For hotels elsewhere — Nai Yang, Surin, Panwa or Kathu, for example — send the hotel name on WhatsApp for a fixed price.

FAQ

How long is the drive from Phuket Airport to Patong?

About 32 km and 45–60 minutes, south on Highway 402 and then over the hill into Patong. The fare is ฿1,000 by sedan, ฿1,200 by SUV and ฿1,300 by van, per car.

Is there a meet-and-greet with a name sign?

Yes, and it is included: our staff wait at the meeting point holding a sign with your name — outside Gate 2–3 for international flights, at Gate A inside the terminal for domestic flights. You also get the car's plate number before the trip.

Can you pick us up at night?

Yes. We meet flights at any hour; book with your flight number and arrival time.

What if we have more luggage than the car takes?

A sedan takes 2 bags, an SUV 4 and a van 5. If you have more, or bulky items like golf bags or surfboards, choose a bigger car or tell us in the booking.
