To the Gulf islands

Don Sak, in Surat Thani province, is the mainland pier for the ferries to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. Chumphon's Lomprayah pier is where the high-speed boats leave for Koh Tao. The car takes you to the pier; the ferry ticket is bought from the ferry company.

Stops on long drives

Short stops for food, fuel or the toilet are fine. A sightseeing stop or a detour is priced by message before the trip.

Phuket to Bangkok by road

Phuket to Bangkok is a full day's drive — about 840 km and 11–12 hours. Flying is usually faster and cheaper; the car makes sense for groups with a lot of luggage. The fare is to (and from) Phuket Airport: for a hotel elsewhere on Phuket, that beach's fare from the airport is added.

How do I get from Phuket to Koh Samui by car?

We drive you to Don Sak pier in Surat Thani province — about 280 km and 4–5 hours — where the ferries leave for Koh Samui. The ferry ticket is not part of the fare.

Can you drive us from Phuket to Chumphon for the Koh Tao boat?

Yes. It is about 385 km and about 6 hours to the Lomprayah pier in Chumphon. Tell us your boat's departure time and we set the pickup to match.
